The new Event Room New York is equipped with the most modern audio equipment and can accommodate 120 delegates in theatre seating and can accommodate 80 for a banquet style dinner and can be divided into two sections. The facility's unique ambient light option enables the color of the room to be changed to fit the mood of the event, while the arrangement of the room can be adjusted to the needs of your personalized event.

The integrated audio system offers various possibilities, among other things like a connection with your own I-Pod so you can listen to your personal music and watch your personal movies. Besides a projection screen of 2 by 3 meters the screen projector is integrated in the sealing and to the sound system. The Event rooms offers both wired and wireless internet.
