Park Hotel offers 3 fully equipped board rooms. All boardrooms are designed with ergonomic executive furniture and Nespresso Coffee machines with a fine selection of premium blends.
Each of the 3 boardrooms offers a quiet and discrete meeting environment. These rooms can be combined with your main conference or meeting, to provide you with separate area(s) for breakout meetings or interviews. With the boardrooms being located in various locations in the hotel you can choose to use the rooms closest or furthest away to your main event. All of our boardrooms offer the latest in audio/visual technology including High Speed Internet via port and WiFi, I-Pod connections & screening facilities.
Rome
Located in the lower foyer, this unique boardroom features a 2 by 1m flat screen TV for interactive projection and video conference calling options and I-pod connections. A fixed custom made dark wood boardroom table and comfortable executive chairs with the finest amenities are waiting for your delegates. Conveniently located steps away from other meeting venues in the hotel, it affords executives an intimate space for top-level meetings. The Rome boardroom table seats 12 in boardroom style.
Tokyo
This contemporary 82 square meter space is a decision-maker's best friend, equipped with the latest audio/visual technology including I-Pod connections. The Tokyo boardroom is located at the first floor and has a true unique ceiling with high end light fixtures and features custom made dark wood tables to comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. Berlin
